It was a peaceful location very close to a nice walk down to a viewing platform to see across Barton Broad, good pub and Norfolk.

    Thank you for brilliant experience!

Everything is fantastic, greatly enjoyed my time here. The staff is very amiable, as well as owner. The units are airy, neat by the three bedrooms. Nice touch to have a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave. It has a quiet location near to breakfast/easy parking/excellent pub. A pleasure to stay here, beautiful old hotel, I recommend.

Nicely decorated and brand-new units with a fridge & iron, milk, as example, and the staff were helpful. The airport was 20 minutes' drive away.

The room was neat, airy and by the three bedrooms. That hotel was in a peaceful and comfortable location, very close to everything. What's more, it was adjacent to a good pub as well as a good area for visiting the Broads and surrounding areas.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not good.

The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices and homemade items. The attention to detail was remarkable, especially for dietary restrictions, with lactose-free options available. The level of customer service was excellent, with helpful staff assisting with backup plans during bad weather.

There was a slight issue with labeling in the fridge, leading to a bottle of wine being mistaken for someone else's. However, the owners promptly replaced it at their own expense.

Real good overall experience. Good meals. Nicely decorated and well-equipped rooms with a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, comfy beds. Comfortable and unbeatable location, just walking distance from everywhere. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Hoveton Hall Gardens.

    Very small bathroom.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in a lovely village and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast choices were fantastic, with delicious locally sourced products. The coffee was great, and there were even small cakes and snacks provided in the lounge area. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with fresh milk available in the fridge. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Broad and beaches. My hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my stay special. I highly recommend this hotel.

    Would recommend this hotel.

The rooms where beautifully decorated, bright, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The property's location was particularly good and fab, in the upstairs lounge area. Furthermore, it was at a walking distance from Barton Broad Boardwalk. The breakfast was exceptional and superb!

The breakfast was delicious and incredible, with lots of meals. Had the king room and it was nicely decorated by the three bedrooms. The location of the hotel was ideal, very close to everything. I spent here 2 great days and would return there.

The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom exceptional! Everything was provided - luxurious toiletries, robes etc. The breakfast menu was so inspired and delicious. Lovely sitting room with fresh milk, cakes provided and a range of books etc.

The beams in the bedroom were low so we had to mind our heads. Unfortunately, it goes with having a quaint old property so we are not complaining!
